		<description>Great Article!  I find this type of behavior on a lesser scale with my teenagers.  I would agree that as they are taught to make more accurate appraisals of each situation that they are going through, they will begin to identify the unrealistic thinking and self doubt that has been contributing to their anxiety.</description>
