The quickest way to get yourself back on the right path is to stop spending. Making small changes can help in a big way. Use these suggestions to help cut back so that you can move forward!

  2. Write cheques or pay cash
  3. Turn down credit line increases
  4. Create specific funds in accounts for special occasions, such as Christmas presents, holidays, anniversaries, etc.
  5. Tell friends what you’re trying to do to rally support
