This conference is being organised by the Steering Committee for the proposed Australasian Play Therapy Association.

Play Therapy is in its infancy in the Asia-Pacific region, and it is our hope to establish a regional association for those interested in or practicing Play Therapy, to provide information, training and support, to raise the profile of the field and most importantly, to help children and their parents and carers. The conference is the first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region.
