Michelle joined the Institute’s team of Education Advisers in May 2006 and has enjoyed every minute of being able to impart her knowledge with students across the nation.  Especially given the fact that she can relate to so many queries and experiences with students calling the Study Assistance Line, having completed the Institute’s Diploma herself.

Michelle’s professional background includes experience as a counsellor, court support worker, emergency relief worker and family aid worker.  As a part of Michelle’s ongoing professional development she is currently undertaking the Institute’s Abuse Counselling Advanced Study Major (ASM).

We’re sure many of you who have already spoken to her have welcomed her warm friendly manner on the Study Assistance Line.
